How to Cancel or Delete Your Account

We’ll be sorry to see you go, but if you want to delete your account you can do this on any platform: iOS, Android or Web.

Simply log into your account and select “Profile”. The very last option is “Cancel Subscription”. If you choose this option, you’ll be asked to “Confirm”. Once you confirm, your subscription will be canceled.

Please note that FCC regulations for CaptionMate, as a certified IP CTS provider, require that we keep your information for a period of 5 years after cancellation.

This information includes:

1. • Full Legal Name
2. • Address(es)
3. • Phone Number
4. • Date of Birth
5. • Email
6. • Last 4 digits of SSN
7. • Call history

If you choose to delete your account and later change your mind, you may be required to re-register with CaptionMate.
